User :   I seem to be suffering from loose motions for the last 2 days...
Doctor :   How many times are you going to loo?
User :   i already had a tablet of 'imodium' in the morning but not helping
User :   3-4 times
Doctor :   Any vomiting symptom?
User :   not at all...
Doctor :   1_Take a bland diet avoid of oil and spices.
Doctor :   2)Drink lots of water , preferably have Electrobion 2 to 3 times a day

Doctor :   Continue taking Imodium tab 3 times in a day.
User :   ok
Doctor :   4)Avoid having outside food.
Doctor :   5)Drink unsweetened black tea, is very effective for stopping diarrhoea.
Doctor :   6)Boil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds in a glass of water. Add to this 1 teaspoon fresh juice of coriander leave and a pinch of salt. Drink twice daily after meals for 2-3 days.
Doctor :   7)Take about 5 gms. of Isabgol with cold water in which about 1 teaspoonful sugar has been added.
Doctor :   If all these things do not help you at all then you need to get yourself examined and investigated.
