User :   Hi doctor just have a quick question. Have been on this chat before and long story short I took a physical test for the state police twice and halfway through the test I got light headed and naseua and low bloop pressure and had to sit down. I went to my doctor both times and yesterday he did tests on my heart and everything came back okay and my breathing is okay because I've been able to run 5 miles in 32 mins which is a really good pac

User :   the test was set up like a circuit..does the passing out symptoms mean I was in shape, but just not ready for the way the circuit test was set up?
User :   Because that seems like the only thing that makes sense
User :   And I wasn't really training for the way the test was set up..I was just training for the exercises individually

User :   basically all of 2010 give or take because of the snow storm

User :   but i had the fastest pursuit run of the day which was the first event, and after that I was gased

User :   after the second one I had a perfect score
User :   but then my body kinda shut down on me

User :   last week was the second time, and both times it happened at the same spot
User :   i wasn't training like the test was set up though, I'm thinking that's what happened I just pushed my body too far for something it wasn't ready for

User :   i was usually running 3-5 times per week
User :   and doing sit ups almost everyday
User :   but not in a circuit style
Doctor :   Then probably that is the reason for.
User :   just periodically
Doctor :   You have to prepare according to the need.
User :   so circuit train
User :   like the test is set up
Doctor :   Is it possible for you to create a set up like that?
User :   well yeah. I can circuit train like the test is set up. there's actually a bunch of circuit workouts I could throw together

Doctor :   You have to build stamina day by day.
User :   to build up my stamina for the test I have to train like the test

Doctor :   increase the amount of time spent on the training.

Doctor :   Increase it gradually day by day.

Doctor :   don't try to rush, or feel disappointed if you can't perform better.

User :   yes. just train in a way to build my stamina, also the way the test is set up

User :   no but my doctor says that cross training will build endurance

Doctor :   Concentrate on what is required of you.
