User :   i am concerned about my son he is 16 yrs old and just started working so he has been very tired lately. He also complained with his lymph nodes in the groin and neck area being enlarged, body aches, slight fever. I took him to our Doctor yesterday thinking mono. The lab work came back everything ok but the MO was high indicating mono. They did a mono test and it showed negative
User :   is it possible for the mono test to come back negative and he really have mono
User :   mo was 16.1 with range of 3 - 10
