User :   I have a lump that appeared on the inside of my upper lip, started as a sore and progressed to a lump that inside my mouth has an appearance like a red lump with an whitish opaque appearance in the center. It has made a cystlike looking bump on the outside on the lip and just above about 1/2 inch in diameter and very red. It is somewhat painful if I palpate it and sometimes feels numb when I touch the lip. It started off very small and has progressed to this size, I've had it about 5 weeks What is this???
