User :   Hi, I have been having some problems. My doctor found a lump in my neck. I have lost ten pounds for no reason and I have been having pain in what feels like my bone. It is extremely painful. The pain is in my arms, hand, and recently my ribs.
Doctor :   May I know your age and gender?
User :   female/ 19
Doctor :   Since when have you noticed these lumps?
User :   there is one lump on the right side of my neck and she found it a month ago

Doctor :   Do you have symptoms such as reduced appetite, chronic cough, on and off fever?
User :   appetite has been reduced
Doctor :   Since when are you having the pain?
User :   since about two weeks ago.
Doctor :   Can you describe the nature of the pain?
User :   a stinging burning feeling that feels as though it is in my bones
