User :   hi,I have noticed over the past few days, that when I go to the toilet number 2. that there is blood. The first few days it was just a few spots and today it there was a lot of blood on the toilet paper, iv checked since to see maybe if I was still bleading and im not. iv been on a ten day detox only eating frut and veg fish and chicken, no tea or coffee, no alcohol and given up smoking, im on a patch, I didnt drink very much before the detox maybe every weekend bottle of wine on a friday night, good few drinks on a sat, I have been taking some herbal tablets "Kelp" and "Milk Thistle" and the odd day iv been taking a shake for weight loss but not every day. What could be wrong with me. Thank you

User :   just a little, but I was thinking it was just cause I was low in fibre

User :   I am taking a heral tab called kelp which is high in iron and is a mild latosce
Doctor :   You can also add syruplactulose for a while
