Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   How can I help you?
User :   Hello
Doctor :   Yes
User :   Well, normally I have a tendency toward low blood sugar, which started happening again yesterday. Normally this improves after I eat, but it didn't and things are still feeling low today
Doctor :   Please proceed with your query
Doctor :   ok
User :   Additionally, it's coming with sporadic, non-painful muscle spasms, a low grade fever, mild discomfort in my upper abdomen (right side), and the area in my back above both kidneys started with some discomfort and it is getting slightly worse as time goes on
User :   Also, yesterday, I had two episodes where my blood pressure went up without anything in particular to trigger it, but went down after a few minutes (I could feel the pressure in my head and neck veins)
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   How long you have been having these low blood sugar episodes?
User :   Two years. They are sporadic and aren't normally very pronounced. I typically feel slightly "down" when they happen. Yesterday was enough to make me feel like I had the flu, and to experience mental effects, such as spacing out and becoming slightly confused
Doctor :   Did you check for your blood sugar during these episodes
User :   I borrowed a friend's tester yesterday (I don't have one any longer) and it was 52
Doctor :   Did you see the doctor
Doctor :   during these two years
Doctor :   if yes what was his diagnois
Doctor :   diagnosis
