User :   its because of the shuttle I use to commute to office
User :   its been almost 6 moths

Doctor :   It is common problem among techies.You cannot stop commuting.So you will have to start regular exercises.
User :   what kind of exercises would you suggest doctor?
Doctor :   Also start yoga.This will help you a lot.For this you will have to meet an orthopaedicain who will show you the rigth kind of exercises

Doctor :   use straight backed chairs like the plastic ones we get in stores.
