User :   My 14 year old daughter (I adopted out of foster care) has an IQ ranging from 55-81 (two tests were in the 50's) she is also very immature and just plain silly, very awkward, cannot ride a bike - knows no money - cannot tell time ... what else could be wrong with her and what type of doctor should I see?
