User :   I'm suffering from 'not proper motions'
User :   for the last 3-4 weeks...
Doctor :   May i know your age? Also kindly explain your symptoms in detail.
Doctor :   Is it constipation or diarrhoea?
User :   motions..its not as solid as it should be but not completely watery as well...
Doctor :   How many times are you going for passing motions? Do you have any other symptoms like vomitting?
User :   3 times a other intake is normal
Doctor :   Before that usually how many times did you go to loo? Do you have excessive gas formation or belching or bloating?
User :   before was once a day...only symptom seems to be letting out "gas" too often inacse I dont releive myself
Doctor :   1)Have Sporolac 2 times a day
Doctor :   2)Drink lots of water and buttermilk.
Doctor :   3)Have foods like daliya, khichdi, rice, curd
Doctor :   4)Avoid oily, outside food intake

Doctor :   5)take Zinetac twice empty stomach for 5 days.
User :   Zinetac and Sporolac...2 times a day rite?
Doctor :   If all these do not help at all in 5 to 7 days then you may need to get yourself examined and may require antibiotics for the same
