User :   Doctor i had under gone a liver abses treatment in january.

User :   i just want to know how do i keep my liver healthy.

User :   i mean when i was admitted, that was the time the doctor did it. After that i havent done one.
Doctor :   ok. then I would suggest you to get a liver function test and a repeat ultrasound done to see the current status now since 6 months have past.

Doctor :   it can be done by eating right and taking liver supplements like Livogen
Doctor :   1) avoid taking high protien and high fat diet

Doctor :   stick to having green leafy vegetables and fruits 3 servings each per day

Doctor :   2) if you take non-vegetarian food, taking mutton liver atleast 2 times a month will be fine
Doctor :   3) go ahead with taking beans, rajma, soya about once in 10-15 days

User :   i have started avoiding rice.... i have chapattis daily ... I hope that is fine.

User :   age ..28/ height 5.8 / Weight 80 kgs and waist is 34
