Doctor:Good Afternoon
Doctor:I am Dr. XXXXXXX here.
Doctor:How can I help you?
User:I have lipoma all over my body. I had got some surgically removed which are painful near hands, but now things which are at my abdomen are painful
User:I dont want to get the surgery done again, is there any cream or lotion to kill the pain
Doctor:There is no cream or lotion which can reduce the pain in a lipoma.
User:or there any other treatment which i can get
User:any tablets
Doctor:But you can have pain killers occasionally to relieve the pain.
Doctor:You can use Ibuprofen tablets after food to reduce the pain and inflammation.
User:oh nice
User:how many per day?
Doctor:You can take twice a day.
User:how long should i take
Doctor:AS far as the treatment is concerned,
Doctor:you already know that, the only way is by surgical removal.
User:that is very sad
Doctor:Yes, it is very unfortunate. I can understand the pain you are going through.
User:thanks, lastly, how long should I take Ibuprofen
User:i mean i dont to do too much
Doctor:Please note that, do not take the tablet for long durations as it can cause adverse effects like gastritis and kidney damages.
Doctor:Take it for 2-3 days and then stop.
Doctor:Have you followed my suggestions?
User:yes, thank you so much
Doctor:Do you have any other queries?
User:not for now, thanks for the help
