User :   when i climb stairs and stress the right leg only while climbing a stair.... some very small sound "takk takk kirr kirr...." but there is nno pain....

User :   i want to know one thing... if i run and do karate ( which involves kicks...) will i have probs in future...the thing is no pain at all..only sound...
