User :   due to this, I couldn't change my habit now a days. However, I'm avoiding beefs as it really causes problems now
User :   Vegetarian food, I tried many times but unsuccessful. I feel sour everytime after the meal except some few times
Doctor :   do you eat three times a day at regular intervals
User :   that's my major problem. I used to skip some meals because of my work nature
Doctor :   As they say habits are hard to go off
User :   so, regular interval is out of the question.
Doctor :   ok
User :   three times a day is also some times twice and rarely once a day
Doctor :   ok
User :   yes doc, I really understand. I'm an educated man, but I'm finding it hard to wave off my habits
Doctor :   will you be able to have lil food at an incresed number of times?
User :   Also, I'm not sure whether I've ulcer or not. But whenever I skip eating, after some time, I hear very audible bubbling noices from my stomach
User :   it's so audible that anyone sitting next to me can hear it.
Doctor :   thats not because of not eating its because of bad eating habits
User :   yes, i liked that from our previous chat. Only I'm afraid how I can choose the intervals due to my work. But I'm ok with the idea of having little food many times
User :   oh..?
User :   and regular farting?
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   evry food produces co2 this in turn causes the gas

Doctor :   ok
User :   I see... but when I eat little, I'm not getting the feeling of filled at all. And also there is this problem of getting hungry quite soon
Doctor :   the feeling of hunger is attache to the psychic feeling its not a mechanical one
User :   oh...
Doctor :   wen food is not there you feeel hungry...THIS IS WRONG THEORY.. a misconception
User :   and how can I reduce this annoying habit of farting?

Doctor :   its the feeling from your brain that according your metabolism u need food now
Doctor :   the metabolism is inturn related
Doctor :   to your eating habits
Doctor :   so you cut down your diet you feel less hungry
Doctor :   its like ACYCLE
Doctor :   although
Doctor :   in the initial stages you wl fwwl the uneasiness
Doctor :   but on the long run you will cherish the measures
User :   doesn't this brings weariness and weakness?
Doctor :   no
Doctor :   as a matter of fact ,,, crash dieting is not good
Doctor :   that is weight reduction is a gradual process
User :   I see...
User :   but Doc, as you said, if I go by this process, it will take a lot of time until I get my old shape back right?
User :   I was surprisingly thinner just one year before my marriage, that is 3 years before now.

Doctor :   exercise shoould not
Doctor :   bore you off
Doctor :   it should not be a burden to you
Doctor :   you should feel like doing it every day
User :   I understand...
User :   Also, I'm feeling very tired many times. And if I walk or take the stairs my heart rate goes very high and I start gasping for breath.
Doctor :   do you have any bp problem
User :   I don't know. I never checked it.
User :   but I'm tart lazy
Doctor :   i hope you will check it earliest
Doctor :   ok
User :   that's the one reason I couldn't finish projects in time or even day to day activities.
Doctor :   all these problems are
directly linked to your weight problem. Dont worry we can sort it out .... i
User :   should I go to a hospital to do it or should I buy any equipment to do it?
User :   I I hate going to hospital anyways...
Doctor :   you can go to a nearby clinic to check it up first
Doctor :   no need to buy if the bp is normal right
User :   I see... Also, should I check whether I've ulcer?
Doctor :   no need for an ulcer ... the history you suggested does not indicate an ulcer
User :   what I'm afraid of is, if I checked up and they said I've BP or Sugar, the depression of knowing that I have such a disease will kill me.
User :   but my wife says the stomach pain I face when I'm not eating is due to ulcer.
Doctor :   you said you are having gas problem .. that is main ? or is it the pain?
Doctor :   this wioll not
Doctor :   u should not worry
Doctor :   because all these are treatable diseases
User :   Doc, what I'm having is this: Whenever I skip food, I get nervous, after some time there is a rubbling noise in my stomach which is so audible that the person next to me can hear it, after some time, my stomach aches in pain which is bearable but still constantly intruding. After say a hour or so, all this stops except for the rubbling in my stomach which continues and I've to use toilet (where only very small droplets will come after a lot of time) and then have some cool water or hot water to remove it
Doctor :   ok
User :   So, what does this seems to you?
Doctor :   you can do a co;lonoscopy to confirm of an ulcer.
Doctor :   but
Doctor :   a person with an ulcer has an unbearable pain, after he takes food it goes down
Doctor :   after sometime again pain is there he eats something it goes down... this is how ulcer wl be
Doctor :   i don think you are having this problem ight
User :   yes, I guess you're right.
User :   I also have the problem of head ache sometimes. Which I hope isn't tied up with overweight again?
Doctor :   no but i think it may be due to the work schedule you mentioned
User :   yes.. ok.
User :   So, the other problems I have are trivial.
User :   I have graying hairs (lots of them actually) at this age itself
User :   and some balding at the top of my head
User :   which again I guess due to stress and other work related stuff
User :   but what I can do to reduce them?
Doctor :   since our chat has gone for more than an hour and as my consulatation time ends at nine . I kindly suggest you to come to chat again tommorrow. It was nice chatting with you
