User : I've been experiencing some pain in my chest now for over a week

User : This pain is right over my left breast

User : It started out mild, and not it feels like a bruise but inside instead of out
User : My chest hurts when i take a deep breathe but hurts more when i'm breathing out then in
Doctor : If you press over the area, do you have pain?
User : Yes
User : It hurts more when i touch it compared to when i leave it alone
User : I could go through the entire day without noticing it unless i touch it
User : or lift something heavy/stretch

User : Well, i was diagnosed with a peptic ulcer when younger but haven't been keeping to date with it.
User : I do have more gas then usual

Usually as per the pain you describe, it is more common in gastric issues and also in localized muscle and soft tissue inflammation
User : The pain started near the right breast first gradually went away

and not much in favour of cardiac illness

Do you have difficulty in breath especially on exerting?
User : yes
User : i'm out of breath in small actions such as conversating
