User :   i have a neck pain on left side

User :   neck , some times flows to left hand too

User :   ya , seen a doctor in sagar appolo & raghavs
Doctor :   do you have any tingling/ numbness/ loss of grip in your left hand?
User :   gel b/w bones is mislocated

User :   i got this problem first time when i was doing exercises in the moring , neck rotating i got a catch

User :   i dont use high pillows

User :   gone 9 months back for 10 days

User :   doctor prescribed , but i have never used.bez pain was never that extereme
Doctor :   see- at your age - the most advisable thing for you to do is physiotherapy- you might need to go for about 2 weeks continuously and then keep doing the exercises that you already are
Doctor :   I will mail you a list of measure that you can try to incorporate in your daily routine to reduce the stress on your neck during working on a computer
User :   ok , i wanted to know is this a permanent problem
Doctor :   In relation to prolonged computer use- yes -
Doctor :   this is a permanent problem
Doctor :   you can use the exercises/ measures to keep it under control and minimize discomfort
