User :   no as such not.. but i find it inactive .. like my typing speed has reduced as compared to my earlier
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   After going through the description provided by you, I feel that the migrating in the left side can be due to Acidity or due to any muscular pain.
Doctor :   But as you mentioned not to have any difficulties in movement, I feel that acidity could be a major cause.
User :   what is the remedy.. i feel the pain badly and at times it is untolerable
Doctor :   And regarding the numbness and inactive left hand it can be due to over working producing exhaustion of the muscles producing numbness or could be due to compression of the nerve entering the left hand.
Doctor :   It would be better to see an Orthopedician as this requires complete examination and evaluation.
Doctor :   It would be fine with rest and regarding the pain, you can follow these measures: Doctor :   1. Consume lots of water and fruit juices, 3 to 4 litres per day.
Doctor :   2. Consume lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Doctor :   3. Have meals at regular intervals.
Doctor :   4. Avoid oily or spicy food.
Doctor :   5. GELUSIL syp three times a day half an hour before food for 15 days.
Doctor :   Observe with this measures for improvement.
Doctor :   If there is no improvement please see a physician who will evaluate you and treat accordinly.
Doctor :   Did you follow my measures?
User :   Thanks .. but i think i already follow most of them except gelusil.. i will try out the same
Doctor :   Ok please try as this would help in reducing the acidity.
User :   i got my chest x ray done which is normal hence the possibility of chest nerves getting supressed should be ruled out or still exists
Doctor :   It would be difficult to comment on the compression of nerves with X ray.
Doctor :   It is usually diagnosed with physical examination and nerve conduction studies.
Doctor :   Which would confirm the cause of the numbness.
User :   do u think my nerves are affected
Doctor :   You can also start on Tab BECOSULES once a day for 15 days.
Doctor :   Yes, might be a nerve is compressed or stressed which is producing left hand numbness and inactivity.
Doctor :   It could be possibility but has to be ruled out.
User :   so i sud take both gelusil and becosules
Doctor :   Yes, please take both the medicines and observe for improvements.
Doctor :   Did you follow my suggestions?
User :   yes becosules has to be taken wen in morning or evening
