Doctor:Let me brief you. There are lot of structures in the scrotal sac - muscle, tissues holding the testis, epidydymis, blood vessels and nerves.
User:that...a small swelling in d bottom.. touching itself s like current
Doctor:Any of the conditions can be the cause of pain as well the minor swelling.
Doctor:In the absence of other complaints, I would not press the panic button now.

User:nothing interms of me urinating..
Doctor:Wearing loose clothing aids in the recovery.
User:yaa,,thats..even i expected
User:am doing..that
Doctor:And pain killers can take care of the pain if it is severe.
User:which pain killer
Doctor:I would advice for further testing, if this pain continues to persist for more than 3 days or if you develop fresh symptoms like problems while passing urine - pain/burning sensation.
Doctor:You can try simple pain killer like Tab. Dolo 650mg.
User:if its a mascular swelling..any medicine
Doctor:This is available over the counter and you can take them three or four times a day.
User:i will get that
User:how abt frequency of dose
Doctor:If Dolo 650 doesn't help, you will require prescription drug. I used prescription medicines like spasmoproxyvon or ibuprofen in such cases. So if Dolo doesn't help, see a doctor and take a prescription of this medicine.
Doctor:Dolo 650mg can be taken three times a day; if needed a fourth dose can be taken.
User:who can i approach
Doctor:In addition to this, it is important to wear loose clothings.
User:general physician
User:will do that
Doctor:For pain relief medicine, you can visit a general physician.
Doctor:If the problem continues to persist for more than 3-4 days, you can visit a urologist for detailed evaluation.
Doctor:He/she can write a request for urine test and ultrasound scan.
Doctor:Have you followed?
Doctor:Do you have any questions?
User:is der anyone here that you can suggest in faridabad
Doctor:I do not have personal reference at Faridabad of specialist at this point of time. You can try resting and other medicines that I suggested for now.
Doctor:If the symptoms do not resolve, let us know; I shall verify from my colleagues if they have any reference for you then.
Doctor:Hope that is ok.
User:yaa ok
User:thanks doc
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
