User :   Hello, let me tell you a bit about the condition that I am concerned about.

User :   On Monday I worked out after a month hiatus
User :   and during my workout my legs felt kinda itchy
User :   i then got home and sat on the floor, my leg became numb but i was able to shake it off
User :   about 30 minutes later
User :   i felt a sharp stinging pain on my left ankles that gravitated up
User :   and since then i have had weird numbing sensations on my feet and prickly feelings all over my body

Doctor :   Let me first answer your question of MS and then the problem next

Doctor :   MS most often presents with early symptoms of vision
Doctor :   unless there are symptoms concerning vision, blurring or redenned vision
Doctor :   the MS diagnosis is ruled out
User :   no vision issues
Doctor :   Next imp thing about MS
Doctor :   is relapsing type
Doctor :   after a duration of atleast one to two months
Doctor :   So you have only one episode of paraesthesias

Doctor :   The symptoms that you have could be of two possible reasons based on your history
Doctor :   1) Exertion after a gap
Doctor :   2) Electrolyte imbalance

User :   i just got checked a few weeks back

User :   bc i was feeling crappy and then i came down with a cold

User :   that went away and then 10 days later now i am feeling crappy again

User :   i know it's just scary bc it says that MS is heat provoked
User :   and that some people get symptoms after working out

User :   and that freaked me out
Doctor :   Absolutely it should not worry you at this moment
User :   that and bc i thought about when i went to vegas (really hot) i felt prickally sensations

Doctor :   Do you know, anxiety can precipitate the paraesthesias

Doctor :   Just stay calm
User :   well i suffer from anxiety
User :   i also have panic disorder
Doctor :   and start slow breathing exercises
Doctor :   which will reduce the anxiety temporarily
User :   it's under control for now but when i get sick i do get really anxious
User :   well we have about 2 minutes

User :   so how long have you seen someone last with these sensations?
Doctor :   Day in and day out
User :   what do you mean by that?
Doctor :   This is a common symptom
Doctor :   and most of them are benign
User :   but for 4 days straight with no relief?
Doctor :   with just electrolyte disturbance
