User :   i have a burning sensation and am unconfortable everywhere on my upper body when i lie down, i high blood pressure 130/80 i recently lost weight, i ocasionally exercise and have had a case of high colesterol 207
i had a check up done and everything was fine but the colesterol level

Doctor :   The BP nd the cholesterol can be considered normal, as they are very marginally raised
Doctor :   i do not consider the cholesterol being the caused here at any chance

User :   i also work on a computer about 8 howers a day if not more

User :   i use to lift weights and i stopped

User :   i lost a lot of weight by exercising and taking most fat out my daily food
Doctor :   i would consider it to be , nutritional glitch
Doctor :   deficiency of VIT B12 makes nerves weak and hence present this way
Doctor :   either by Oral Vit B 12 or by injections this can be counteracted
User :   i had taken multivitamens with 5mcg of b12 for 4 days as intructed by one of my doctors
User :   i´ve had this for about 10 months now
Doctor :   you may have to take for a minimum of month to see the change
Doctor :   if its is by oral Vit B12 the it may take way more than it
User :   i see i will give it a try, hopefully it helps, one of my doctors told me that it could be nerves
Doctor :   the dosage has to be calculated based on the blood levels of Vit B12
Doctor :   yes, as i have mentioned earlier, VIT B12 is a necessary vit for normal nerve function
Doctor :   and the problem you have is more of nerve problem than any other
User :   i have bad eyesight dr, how many hours would you recommend i work on a computer
User :   i wil check my vit b12 blood level
Doctor :   not more than 2 hours continuously , you will need a 15 min gap for every 2 hours
Doctor :   and not more than 6 to 8 hours a day
User :   ok, would i be able to speak to the same doctor on health care magic to follow up on a diagnosis
User :   or change whenever i log in to chat

User :   and also a general question would you advice a laser eye surgery for eyesight of -6
