User :   i quite a large hard lump on my left testicle, it hurts when i touch it and my testi swells when i stand up and goeas back down to normal when i lie down

User :   the lump appered yesterday, the testi was sore for 2 days before that but i never felt a lump then

User :   yeah and i was doin quite a bit of heavy lifting at work
Doctor :   what you might be then having is a inguinal hernia

User :   so what will i have to do to get rid of it? and should i be resting it?
