Doctor :   Common XXXXXXXX , you just now said you have a great heart, and Hernia is rather an easy Surgery that can be easily managed and easily done , Not to worry at all.
Doctor :   Ok.
User :   I am relieved.The lapascopic ,???
User :   sounds wonderful
Doctor :   They will post for two surgeries on after the other in most of the cases , First the left hernia and then the right.
Doctor :   In a time interval of two to three weeks.
User :   I heard of that but with good results
User :   word of mouth
Doctor :   Laparoscopic is though three small holes and has better results if the hernia is a smaller one.
Doctor :   If the hernial sac is too large and large loop of intestines than they may opt for an Incisional opening.
User :   I will know that Feb 4th when I meet the Doctor from a recomendation
Doctor :   It also depends on the type of hernia you have , whether it is Direct or Indirect, Complete or Incomplete hernia.
User :   It does feel small tho and now starting to hurt when I touch it. It don't act up much but every so often I am in bad pain
Doctor :   Yes , You are right A general surgeon can guide you best on this.
User :   will he tell by feeling it?
Doctor :   I feel tenderness and pain must be a clear indication for Any future obstructive herniation or complication , so the sooner the better.
User :   or do I have to go for tests?
Doctor :   Yes very much , A good clinician get diagnose by mere physical examination and palpation, and if not sometimes an Ultrasound scan.
User :   I hate hospitals and the tube in the nose, lol
User :   anyways you are wonderful and I feel better knowing I will make it
User :   tyvm
Doctor :   This might never require a tube in the nose, its quite easy surgery with Spinal Or Epidural Anesthesia where you can actually see what is happening and keep chatting with the surgeon. Not to worry.
Doctor :   Hope you get well soon and your surgery goes successful.
Doctor :   Thank you for consulting me.
Doctor :   Would you like to know anything else and hope I answered your query.
User :   wow,thank you.Thank you I feel better now.I only hope the spinal don't hurt.What is
User :   a epidural Anesthesia?
Doctor :   It is same as spinal but a bit on the outer side of the spine in its peripheral covers and layers.
Doctor :   Thank you for consulting me.
User :   which hurts less,lol
Doctor :   Not much ..
Doctor :   Keep yourself calm and relaxed.
Doctor :   Take care.
