User :   I have always been active. I had a laminectomy L4-5 and fusion a few years back which failed. Now I have chronic pain. I have come full circle with learning to live with it and though the pain is still significant, i was handling it well. This winter i started having new problems. I have deep aching in my lumbar, upper shoulders, neck and butt. I feel generally achie at times and I am out of breath.I feel no matter how much i have done( moderate exercise like dog walks, cross country skiing and just plain walking) that I am not getting in shape. I am tired and in pain and out of breath. I am not depressed and I had a negative stress tes.I do take methadone for chronic pain. what is wrong? I am not overweight either and haven't had any out of whack lab tests.
