Doctor :   there is nothing to be shocked
Doctor :   may i know was this the first time you tried having intercourse with anyone ?
User :   yes
Doctor :   it is common to face such problems at the first time of a sexual encounter
Doctor :   it is due to anxiety
Doctor :   may i know if you have felt erection before ?
User :   i have read about it, but when i look back to my past, i realise that probably in the last 2 years i just masturbated for the sake of it, i used to complete erection probably at 10% of the time.
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   may i know if you smoke or drink lcohol?
Doctor :   alcohol?
User :   yes i smoke around 8-9 cig a day and drink around 90-120ml once or max twice a month
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   i would want to tell you that
Doctor :   most of the couple have these problems when they experiment with sex
Doctor :   this does not mean that erection will never happen
Doctor :   most often it is anxiety related
Doctor :   i suggest you to try it again
Doctor :   before trying i would suggest you involve more in fore play
Doctor :   involve for a long time and then indulge in sex when sufficient erection is acheived
Doctor :   i would also you cut down on smoking slowly
Doctor :   it is one of the main causes for these problems
User :   i need to tell you one more thing, we were having foreplay around 15 days back, i didnt got an erection, but there was lot of precum
Doctor :   if this happens again , you may have to get an examination done from a urologist
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   i suggest you to see a doctor
Doctor :   and get a routine work up and hormonal investigations done
Doctor :   meanwhile you must also get evaluated for diabetes and high blood pressure
User :   any specific doctors or urologist
