User :   I exerecise regularly. when i exercise

User :   when in office and when in morning when i wake up, I feel a pain kind in all muscles and bones. specuially wrist and ankles

User :   not a problem like that. it's just that I want to keep rotating my wrists, ankles, making the fingers cracking sound, jerking the legs to make me feel better.

User :   means slightly uncomfortable. I had met a couple of orthopedics. they said it is not related to arthritis etc --they touched and felt my elbows

User :   day is fine doctor. It started 2-3 years ago
User :   everything is fine. except that I feel that if something massages my foot and hand, I feel feel better
User :   nothing serious i guess but wanted to check your opinion why i feel that I have slight discomfort the whole day

User :   yes . yes. looks like somebody gives me a massage in the morning, I will feel good. actovities begin, it diminishes. after exercise it goes away completely but slowly comes up when i start working in the office . specially wroist and ankles

User :   married-yes. i sleep decently sound. 6-8 hours a day

User :   yes - mentally. not physically,. it's mostly a sitting job

Doctor :   and do you sweat a lot doing exercise? do you have regular exercise or only at times
User :   weight -68. smoking and drinking - very occasionaly
User :   I go for light jogging 3-5 days a week
User :   not rigorous

User :   so why do I have this slight discomfort in my body / bones / muscles

Doctor :   Do you think the cause is because of your not regular jogging and thus stiffening your joints
User :   i think so. the days when i do not jog, i feel bad as compared to days when i exercise
Doctor :   I suggest you take a habit of regular jogging 5-6 days a week
Doctor :   take rest for 1 day

Doctor :   continue for three weeks atleast befor uyou can find some change
User :   not possible everyday doctor as sometimes it rains, sometimes I do not wake up early etc
User :   i have done all that trial and error many times
Doctor :   ok you can try alternative therapies like hot fresh bath, sauna bath etc
User :   sauna bath o come on. hot fresh bath - I take it once in a while. i feel good
User :   tell me what is the problem and if there's a solution. why r u going round and round and not giving me precise answer

User :   i told you that orthopedics already examined me - 2 of them. nothing unusually wrong and they gave me all generic suggestions as you are giving
Doctor :   and you said you have already consulted a ortho specialist
User :   and they said it is because of using computer and having problem with my sitting posture. you did not even mention that
User :   what kind of a doctor are you ? Ortho or general ?
Doctor :   I am general practitioner
User :   do you think it can be Karpel tunnel. or is it something else. I am sure it is not gout or arthritis as doctors did physically examine me
Doctor :   carpal tunnel is diagnosed only by physical examination
Doctor :   but yu dont have tingling and numbness around your wrist and fingers
User :   no tingling. just stiffness
User :   i dont know if this is due to computer or sitting whole day or because my weight has increased 5-8 kgs in last 2 mionths

Doctor :   the carpal tunnel could be diagnosed by a ortho
Doctor :   he would have diagnosed it by now
Doctor :   so belive it not
User :   ok. so a computer injury is not always this syndrome ?
User :   I also feel that rotating my neck tofeel better

User :   just a physiotherapist is fine ?
