User : recently i underwent a blood test for bilirubin
User : my level was 1.3 mg/dl total
User : and .6 direct
Doctor : OK, May i know the reason for doing so? i mean to say what were the medical reasons to do so?
User : actully i had jaudice 9 in year 2001
User : and i am aware of its symtoms
Doctor : Do you know what was the cause, did you have any Hepatitis?
User : may be heavy workout or dirty water , dairy product
Doctor : Currently your bilirubin levels are within the normal , but did you have nay symptoms this time around?
User : my stool look somewhat pale and i feel tired even in starting of my work out
Doctor : may i know your age, weight ?
Doctor : Do you go to the gym to workout?
User : doctor u are saying that level are normal but report says that 0 to 1 total and 0 to .5 direct are normal values
User : my age is 25, 5.10 and 61 kg
User : yeah but i only do cardio
Doctor : these are minor age related variations which do not matter unless you have major symptoms.
Doctor : please let me know what symptoms are you having now.
User : actually i earlier had jaundice in 2001 .. and know littile abt symtoms its pale stool, and tiredness during my workouts , heavy sweating
User : the doctor i consulted here recommended me Udiliv (Ursodesoxcholic acid tablets) and L- ornitine L- aspartate and Pancreatin Tablets along with a syrup and vitamin tablets
User : i am little bit worried about Udiliv tablet i read on net that its for gallbladder stone

User : from past two days
Doctor : yes it is , it is also given if you have severe jaundice.
User : so should stop Udiliv and have blood test after 10 days to check bile level

User : also my SGPT was 47 and SGOT was 26 mg/liter

User : if its hepatitis A what is the cure for that
Doctor : hepatitis Panel for hep A & hep C are available and these are the similar to the ones you have done
Doctor : management of hepatitis A is very easy and symptomatic
Doctor : it is not much serious condition.
User : is it beneficial to get vaccine for hepatitis A
Doctor : definitely it is useful and i was about to suggest it.
User : ok if it not seroius then shd i start my workout after 10 days

Doctor : Usg - liver - could be done if you have an enlarged liver on physical examination,
Doctor : but i feel stop udiliv , now since you are not having major symptoms

Doctor : maintain adequate hydration, and soft diet.

Doctor : it is determined by a doctor by physical examination.
User : from past one month i am also taking sprouts ..since its rainy season shd i stop them
Doctor : tiredness and lethargy could be the problems due to anemia, and other causes as well.
Doctor : No sprouts are good for health, u can have them.
Doctor : i would suggest you get a complete blood count done, check your TSH as well (for thyroid issues),
User : ok doctor bt is it ok eat raw food
Doctor : get yourself vaccinated with hep A , hep B as well.
User : i had wbc count
User : shd i wait for sometime before going for vaccination
Doctor : was Hb ( hemoglobin), red cell count done, was it normal?
User : hg and RBC was not done bt WBC was 9400/cmm
Doctor : you can take them anytime, there is no need to wait now, unless you choose to do so.
