User :   umm, my vaginal area seems to be itchy sometimes, i dont know why get itchy.

User :   what do u mean? can it get itchy if u wash it down, apparently your not meant to wash there wit soap ect or are

Doctor :   Generally hwen there is UTI the urine is more acidic and causes irrittation which leads toitching aroung the genitals
