User :   i get very irritating itchy feeling in my eyes and occasional water in my left eye
Doctor :   ok. since when are you having these symptoms?
User :   since a month now and took some medication but it continued
Doctor :   what medications have you taken? please provide name, dosage and frequency.
User :   I can't exactly remember but 1 Cepholaxin eye drops I think and 2 more other types of drops I thin Pataday..something like that..

Doctor :   do you work with computer? if yes, how many hours do you have to work with computer?
User :   I was asked use it for 2 weeks and after that I was supposed to consult the doctor again but i could not

User :   but during 2 weeks of medication my eyes didnot have any irritation as such
User :   All I am concerned is do I have serious problem..?

User :   Yes I do
Doctor :   how much is approx distance between laptop monitor and eyes?
User :   approximately 2 feet
Doctor :   ok. do you take frequent breaks and look away from the monitor in between your work?
Doctor :   if yes, please provide the frequency
User :   Yes I do like evey 45mnts to 1 hr
Doctor :   ok. try and increase it to every 20-25minutes
Doctor :   do eye muscle exercises every time you take breaks
Doctor :   continue to use the same drops as prescribed along with these measures
Doctor :   if you do not see any further relief in 1 weeks time
Doctor :   then you will need to get a re-examination done

Doctor :   along with a slit lamp examination to see if any severe corneal dryness
Doctor :   this can be done by a ophthalmologist
Doctor :   not is any optical shop.
Doctor :   have you followed what I have said?
User :   Yes I do only concern is I hope I dont have any serious problem
Doctor :   if the slit lamp examination reveals full thickness dryness of cornea, then problem could be severe
Doctor :   else the changes are reversible
Doctor :   do not worry about it. first try and get the ophthalmologic examination done along with refraction done to see if any visual aquity (power) issue is present.
User :   oh ok

User :   Thats all than you very much for your valuable information. Just 1 last question what is best dieting for a good eye health ?
Doctor :   lots of yellow, orange and red looking veg and fruits
Doctor :   they are rich in beta carotene which is good for eyes
Doctor :   for synthesis of Vit-A in body
User :   such as Carrot,Orange.
Doctor :   carrot, orange, tomato, papaya, beetroot, red leafy vegs
