User :   Good Morning doctor. I am 52 yrs old. I just finished my periods for this month. I have an itching sensation in that area. Doctor is that one of the symptoms or do I have some sort of an infection?

User :   Yes. Last month I was supposed to get it on the 10th. But till the 23rd there was no indication. From 23rd, since I had to attend some function, I took Regestrone for 6 days. After that I stopped taking the medicine. I got my periods on the 2nd but till yesterday I had only a few drops and nothing else.

User :   No. I dont even remember having any discharge since the teens

Doctor :   Women have some discharge usually that is in that to keep the vagina lubricated and it help keep the common pH balance. If you own itching it could be the beginning of a yeast infection
