User:Hello doctor
Doctor:How can I help you?
Doctor:Please proceed with your question
User:i'm having itching cum pain at the asshole regieon
User:unable to sleep
User:what is the cause of this pain and any remedy to get relief from it immediately if possible?
Doctor:Since when do you have this problem?
User:had a Paramet tablet 10mins back
User:past 2 hrs
Doctor:I will need more information about the problem to come to a conclusion about the cause
Doctor:Okay, you mean, the pain and itching have started just 2 hours ago?
User:Is it a symptom of piles?
Doctor:Okay, did the pain start while trying to pass motion?
Doctor:Have you noticed any small white worms in your stools?
Doctor:Was your stool very hard?
User:didnt observe any worms, but it is hard
User:might have not paid attention to observe worms in stool
Doctor:Okay, I would like you to pay close attention your stools next time when you pass it
Doctor:and for now I feel you might have strained while passing hard stools
Doctor:in which case it is quite possible that the muscles in the anus were damaged to some degree
Doctor:that or, the lining of the anus could also be damaged due to hard stool
Doctor:both can cause pain
Doctor:You can take a painkiller like brufen 400 mg now for the pain
Doctor:and your should also do sitz bath
Doctor:that is, you should sit in a tub of warm water for 15 to 20 minutes so that the pain is relieved
User:I went to toilet 10 hrs back then why am i having pain now?
Doctor:In that case the pain might be due to spasm of the muscles in the anus
Doctor:this can happen due to passing hard stools
Doctor:another reason for the pain could be some infection in the anal region
Doctor:In both cases you will need a complete physical examination to correctly identify the cause
Doctor:the pain could also be just episodic, meaning it may not be that significant
Doctor:Whatever the cause I would suggest you to take a painkiller for the time being
User:I had a Paramet tablet
Doctor:in the morning, however you should go and see a general surgeon and get yourself examined to find the exact cause
Doctor:Paramet contains Paracetamol and metoclopramide
Doctor:Paracetamol is a good painkiller, but may not be sufficient
Doctor:and since you took paramet only 10 minutes back, it will take time to act
Doctor:generally medicines need at least 30 minutes to 2 hours to start the action
Doctor:so you can wait for another 2 hours before you take brufen
Doctor:Is there anything else I can help you with?
User:Can you suggest some surgeon who can available surrounding of C V XXXXXXX Nagar area?
Doctor:Right now?
Doctor:I don't know that area, if you have the option of fix an appointment in your dashboard, you can use that
