User :   atleast 6 - 8 months have passed now

User :   but this generally comes like pimple/acne and den d marks remain on my back

User :   as i mentioned earlier, dey r just like pimples dat comes on our faces

User :   is it coz of sweat, i do regularly gym also
User :   yes.. dad is a diabetic n also have undergone by-pass couple of years back

Doctor :   1. acne
Doctor :   2.acne secondary to sweating.
Doctor :   since you say there is pus also, and they are multiple.
Doctor :   you will need a dose of antibiotics to prevent any infection.

Doctor :   diet, exercise changes, climate and hormones all contribute to them.

Doctor :   apart from the antibiotics, you wil also need local creams and make sure you keep your back dry.

Doctor :   try to minimize oily food
Doctor :   and drink lot of water.

User :   nope.. no dandruff at all
Doctor :   generally dandruff causes oily secretions from the scalp and they can move on to the back.

Doctor :   also get good sleep and avoid stress, this generally increases the acne .

Doctor :   physical activity which your already doing is good, make sure you eat well
User :   will definetely try doing these things
Doctor :   after the gym , have a shower
User :   yeah dat i have started couple of weeks back
Doctor :   and try to wipe off all the water from your back and keep it dry , using powder.
User :   n guess that have lessened it
Doctor :   since moisture collection is a route for this.
Doctor :   sometimes rigorous exercise too can increase them.
Doctor :   so balance everything.
User :   also wanted to check, how will dis marks which can be seen on my back, can be reduced
Doctor :   after examination , doctor will put you on some medicines for a few days.
User :   any ointment or cream
Doctor :   the marks will fade themselves, if not there are creams available for the same
Doctor :   yes, mederma has a wide range of creams, no scars, etc
Doctor :   you could buy them for application.
