User :   i got a problem with skin i think so.. sometimes itching irritates me a lot

User :   it starts from one place .. and spreads to some parts of the body

User :   it does makes red spots...
User :   the itching sensation makes me irriate and that makes me itch the other places of the body

User :   since 1 yr mayb
User :   and recently i started to take a tablet called Cetzine.. that makes the itching stop for some days

User :   itching first and when i itch .. that makes the spot red

User :   well no .. i recently had undergone a blood test .. and nothing sort of disorders in me

User :   no .. as far as im concerned none of my family members have this kind of prb

User :   no timings for the ithcing.. might come anytime of the day .. once in a week atleast.. but anytime..

User :   no actually i have little hair.. i have a hair loss in me..

Doctor :   do you regularly change your garments?
User :   well yea im well built.. approx 75kgs in weight.. yes i do change my undergarments once atleast 2 days.. (i.e. when i take bath) in summer i do take daily baths

User :   oh ok.. i can understand,, well i havent felt that anytime.. actually talking "no" .. i might get this itch even in evenings.. though i take bath in mornings only

User :   face i can say cause its oily all the time.. duno about the body .. mayb its dry

Doctor :   how long does an episode last once it starts without treatment
User :   approx.. 1 to 2 hours.. somtimes when im busy at time and i feel im not concentrating on it.. i dont feel that sensation.. most of the times when im idle at home this itching starts..
Doctor :   are you allergic to any foods ?or dust or vehicle exhaust?
User :   foods, no... dust and smoke not at all..

User :   i asked this to my friend and he said i got have a blood test .. and it might be symptoms of sugar diseases.. like diabeties
Doctor :   yes but unlikely to give you this kind of itch so early
Doctor :   there are a few measures that you could follow to prevent it..
Doctor :   Keep the nails short to limit any damage done to the skin by scratching.

Doctor :   scratching can make itch worse and an 'itch-scratch' vicious cycle may develop with regular scratching.
Doctor :   Keep cool as much as possible.
Doctor :   take in a lot of fliuds / water..
User :   when i itch it does make red spots and small bubbles like when a mosquito appears with all over the red spot

Doctor :   Avoid irritants such as soaps, bubble bath, detergents and any other things that seem to irritate.
Doctor :   Cotton clothes are usually preferable
Doctor :   use mild detergents to wash your self and the clothes
Doctor :   Dry skin may be making the itch worse. Moisturisers (Emollients) are useful to keep the skin supple and moist.
Doctor :   applied once a day or several times a day if your skin becomes very dry.
Doctor :   Antihistamine (cetrizine) medication
User :   can u pls refer some moisturisers please ? any form .. liquitd or soap types...
User :   i now use cinthol soap
Doctor :   Lakme. or Vaseline are good..
Doctor :   cinthol is harsh use any with TFM 75% soaps with them will do you good..
User :   oh ok!.. im gons start using lakme soaps hereon...

User :   any 1 more thing doctor.. all this times i have used cetrizine ... mayb once ins a week for a 6 months atleast .. is it effective to my health or body ?
Doctor :   no it will not affect you if you cantake it as symptomatic only..
User :   continous usage of Antihistamine tabs like cetrizine .. is it bad for later on stages of my body ? would it effect my marriage life ?

User :   okay other than using soaps like lakme .. anything else doctor u would like to suggest me ? my food pattern ?
User :   oily or non-veg foods ?

Doctor :   no that willnot be a problem but restrict your intake..

Doctor :   make sure that the oil is good
Doctor :   olive oil Corn oil will be best..
