Doctor:May I know where exactly does he have this pain?
Doctor:Has he seen the doctor after an ultrasound scan?
Doctor:if yes, have the doctor confirmed presence of hernia?
User:Yes he has shown it to his doctor, he has been advised medication.
User:He is taking ayurvedic medicines.
Doctor:I would precisely want to know if the doctor has confirmed presence of hernia.
Doctor:Do you mean your father consulted an ayurveda doctor and not general surgeon?
User:No his physician is from Ayushakti at XXXXXXX
Doctor:Let me brief you.
Doctor:Hernia is a condition diagnosed / confirmed by physical examination.
Doctor:I do not agree with the diagnosis of hernia if physical examination doesn't confirm its presence.
Doctor:Therefore it is of utmost importance that you confirm the presence from his physician / general surgeon.
Doctor:Once hernia is confirmed clinically, you need to learn from your doctor few things
Doctor:1. How large is the hernia clinically?
Doctor:2. What may be the probable content of hernia?
Doctor:3. Is it reducible or irreducible.
Doctor:Irreducible hernia need to be operated straight away.
Doctor:Small reducible hernia can be managed with medications.
Doctor:If hernia is slightly big and probably contains intestines, you may need to consider surgical options in the near future.
User:how do I share the report with u on this portal
Doctor:In short, the whole management of this problem depends on clinical examination findings.
Doctor:You can send the scanned report to YYYY@YYYY
Doctor:but as I said,
Doctor:I wouldn't not be able to give you
Doctor:a best opinion
Doctor:without details of his physician/surgeons
Doctor:clinical examination findings.
Doctor:Therefore it is best that you discuss about those aspects (the three aspects) with a surgeon
