User:I have 'highly probable MS' and take Copaxone. I started having more lapses in my memory, with ringing in my right ear, some hearing loss (as far as I can tell when talking on phone), and blurry spot in center of vision in my right eye. About 2 weeks ago I also had slight facial drooping on right side, but that has gone. Could this be related to MS?
User:I was wondering if the symptoms are related to my 'high probable' MS or if I shouldn't worry
Doctor:It may a result of viral infection
Doctor:Irt can also be a symptom of multiple sclerosis
Doctor:Have you had the MRI done yet?
User:Its been going on for over two weeks theblurry spot in center of right eye, ringing in right ear. I've noted that I'm not hearing as well from right ear
User:I had one in last September, after a relapse. It showed the lesion on right side was gone, and the two on the left side had shrunk
User:so the two lesions that I have left are in left parahippocampus and in the internal capsule next to corpus callosome?
User:but in the last two weeks ive noticed my memory is much worse. I'm losing or forgetting different parts of my day
Doctor:Do you have symptoms related to muscles weakness
User:yes I've had right lower leg weakness since I went through the testing, and dx about 2 yrs ago. I started having the problems at 40yrs old
Doctor:I have people to get completely better after getting MS
User:I started have painful muscle spasms and cramping in both legs this past fall
Doctor:So i would ask you to keep your spirits high
Doctor:I know of a doctor who completely cred his MS
Doctor:and now he is teaching medical students full time
User:I am trying to go back to work since we found a medicine regime that is working, but I'm scared to back to work as RN since my memory issues, losing periods of time could harm a patient
Doctor:Do not worry about it
Doctor:Just try to be in the present moment
Doctor:and refer to medical books or internet when in doubt
User:ok so these symptoms will go away and I shouldn't go see my doctor?
Doctor:In ayurvedic medicine there is medicine called as XXXXXXX rasayana
Doctor:it may help with memory issues
Doctor:You can see your doctor since you need to stay in touch with him
Doctor:About facial nerve palsy, it has already cleared up and you do not need to see a doctor for it
User:I take Adderall for memory speed processing, and to help combat the fatigue
Doctor:Hope it helps
User:yes thank you
