User:In Dec 13 I was operated for kidney stone removal , I want to know can I do physically exercise now or suggest pls
Doctor:I think it would be fine as ong as the incision points are healed and you are having no abdominal pain or back pain
Doctor:ok, then you could go to a gym and have a good instructor make a plan for you
Doctor:don't suddenly start doing stuff on your own
Doctor:i fear you would hurt yourself

User:sir one question for my daughter who is 6 year old, she is doing urin regular avrage half an hour, Doctor has test his urin n it is ok, then doctor give medicine for infection but problem is continue, she is no pain while urin & drinking lot of water in a day. What u suggest for futher action
Doctor:This is a normal part of growing up, there is nothing that need be done. just wait and she will grow out of it
Doctor:See after infections the bladder will be irritated, there is no safe medication to take for this. It will pass
User:her diet is good but she is not growing accordingly i.e not according her age . Pls suggest any tonic for her
Doctor:Make sure she is not anemic, please get her CBC and calcium checked. If those are low, then she will need iron supplements and Vit D supplement
