Doctor:How can I help you?
User:Hi Doctor,
User:I have some query
Doctor:Please proceed with your query
User:Is it safe to travel during 3rd month of pregnancy? If yes which should be preferred over Air and Train, considering the fact that by train it would be 48 Hrs journey and by air it would be 2 Hrs+ 12 hrs train journey? What diet should be taken? Which tests and vaccination are required?
Doctor:It is safe to travel by air or train
Doctor:wouldn't matter much
Doctor:Normal diet
Doctor:whatever she likes to eat can be eaten
User:ok thanks
Doctor:No vaccinations are required for domestic air travel
User:Ok, so its our choice whichever mode of travel we want we could choose right?
Doctor:However during pregnancy Tetanus vaccination is given
Doctor:Yes, whichever you feel comfortable is fine
Doctor:and that Tetanus vaccination can be given at 5th month
Doctor:so it is not necessary now
Doctor:As for tests, depends on the general health of the pregnant lady
Doctor:if she is fine, then no tests will be needed
Doctor:Is there anything else?
User:And any other precaution which we need to take
Doctor:As of now nothing much
Doctor:all you need to do is go for regular check ups every month
Doctor:and follow the advice of your treating doctor
Doctor:and take all the medicines that are prescribed
Doctor:do not restrict food
Doctor:all foods can be eaten
Doctor:anything else
User:Thanks a lot for answering my queries
Doctor:Can I delete the query you posted?
Doctor:are you there?
User:OK, sure, thank you
