User:my wife is 18 weeks pregnant

User:about 12hrs of travel and mode of travel will be train

User:no.. there is no medical problem... only thing is she becomes tired very soon..
User:and few days back she had back pain and leg pain.. we consulted our OB.. they told its normal during pregnancy
Doctor:is her blood sugars and blood pressure normal?
User:her pressure is 110/60... last time its was 100/60
User:blood sugar on third month test was 97
Doctor:How many kilometers would she be going?
User:actually we are planning to travel to two places one this month is around 500 km and the next plan will be to chennai from bangalore of 350 km

User:ok.. because normally during inital stage of pregnancy everyone use to say that they should not do much work..
Doctor:she can do daily routine chores as usual at 18 weeks
User:ok.. in one of our journey from chenn to bangalore... the return tick wat we have is Chair Car in train... is it safe for her to sit for a long time
Doctor:I suppose she has to sit for 6 hrs, is that right?
Doctor:she can but with special precautions like
Doctor:she must get up and walk around every hour
Doctor:She must keep her legs elevated
Doctor:She must be seated in a seat that has more space for her legs to spread and move around
Doctor:She needs to write the letters a, b, c, in air with her toes often
Doctor:She may feel little uncomfortable but should be manageable
User:ok.. we will try in takkal to get a sleeper tick...
User:so that she will be comfortable
User:she is working nw... so she has to do all above said physical activities even during work
