Doctor :   hi
Doctor :   how can i help you
User :   HI THERE
User :   I'm 14 years old and I've been on my periods for about 1 and a half years now. I'm on my period at the moment except I've now been on it for 3 weeks and it's showing no signs of stopping. I don't want to tell my mum beacuse I think that there might be something wrong with me. I have also had some bleeding out of my back passage after I've been to the toilet. My gradad recently had bowel cancer but I didn't think that you could get it at such a young age.
Doctor :   let me go through it
Doctor :   ok
User :   OK
Doctor :   it might be an irregular menstruation

User :   yes
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   have you had any irregular periods before?
User :   no
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   it is better to have a physical examination by physician as you are also having bleed per rectum too
User :   ok
