Doctor :   Hi,
User :   Have i talked to you before, i have talked to 5 doctors on this site regarding my stomach ache that all the doctors said it was due to irregular eating.
Doctor :   Give me few seconds i will check
Doctor :   this is the first time i am chatting with you
Doctor :   please proceed
User :   Okay.
User :   Well, 7 days ago, i had a stomach ache, and i think it was caused by me not eating right. I worked 8hours 8 days ago, and i was extremely hungry. When i got home i ate. The next day(7) days ago, i experienced a stomach ache during dinner time. I ignored it and thought it would simply go away. The next day(6 days ago), my stomach continued to hurt, and i thought it was something serious, so i didn't really eat. I told my mom about these pains, and she told me it was hunger pains, and that i need to eat a good full meal. She made me a steak dinner with salad and mash potatoes, and i felt great afterwords. 5 days ago, my ache's only seemed to appear when i am hungry and i don't eat. I have been constipated for 3 days but yesterday i went to the bathroom with no problem, it wasn't diarrhea, but it wasn't solid. There was no irregular color, and no blood or uncomfortable feeling while i used the restroom. Yesterday i have been drinking ginger honey tea, and eating regularly. Today, i woke up with no stomach ache, and i used the restroom regularly, with no pain, just pressure feeling having me use to the restroom naturally. Today is the first day i actually woke up feeling fine. I ate a lot of food today, a bread wrap with sesame seeds, cilantro, turkey, and tomatoes. I have had no nausea, no vomiting for the past 6 days, no diarrhea, and no blood or anything like that. The pain is in the lower area, below the belly button, but my pain has been gradually going away after i eat, so does that mean i am getting better?
Doctor :   Let me read your query for few minutes to be able to have a good discussion here.
User :   Okay, sounds good.
Doctor :   yes, it ,means you are getting better
User :   Is it normal to have soft stool, its not full diarrhea, but it's not solid.
Doctor :   due to long gap in eating the gastric acid secreted and unused gets involved in reactions and produce gas which when moving through the intestines causes pain
User :   Okay, but is it normal to have soft stool? It's not fully diarrhea, but it's not really solid blood in the stool.
Doctor :   no worries
User :   So that's normal?
Doctor :   yes, its only due to the food , once you eat food with good fiber in it the stool gets completely normal
User :   I have been eating a lot of fiber, like right now i already ate 2 bread wraps, inside had tomato, cilantro, and turkey.
Doctor :   none of them give you fiber
Doctor :   go for bananas, apples , papaya
User :   Oh okay, yeah i haven't eaten any fruit at all.
Doctor :   try tem it will help
Doctor :   them*
User :   okay, but i will only get better each day if i continue to keep eating right? i do feel a lot better today, almost back to normal.
Doctor :   yes, regular food timings faster you get better
User :   Yeah i have been eating breakfast when i need to be, i have been eating lunch when i need to be, and dinner when i need to be. I have been avoiding fat foods, and spicy foods. I have been eating steamed fish, ginger tea, and toast.
Doctor :   thats fine
User :   Is it okay to keep drinking ginger tea or is there a limit on how much i can drink?
Doctor :   one cup per day is sufficient
User :   Okay. Great, so the sounds of it, i am getting better correct?
Doctor :   yes,
User :   Okay, when can i start eating spicy foods?
Doctor :   wait for 3 to 4 days from now
User :   okay, but probably by tomorrow, ill be fully better?
Doctor :   yes,
User :   Okay doctor, that will be it, thanks!
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me , kindly provide your feedback
User :   Will do.
