User :   Hi, I just received the results of my CBC, and i am concerned because my WBC are at 3.1 and my neutrophils are at 47.8%
User :   1482 absolute
User :   i have not been sick, nor have i had any infeections

Doctor :   your counts are quite low
Doctor :   what about the other counts?
User :   everything else seems to be within the range

User :   RBC, platelets are normal
Doctor :   then I suggest that you repeat the test once again

User :   my WBC were low before, and then they came back up, and now they are back down again
