Doctor :   From this far without physical examination, I cannot predict what exactly the cause may be, however based on your description,
Doctor :   I can think of the following possibilities
Doctor :   1. It could be an insect bite lesion
Doctor :   2. If you were on any medications recently
Doctor :   they could be reactions to the medications leading to drug eruptions
Doctor :   3. Acne - pimple
Doctor :   These are the 3 conditions can produce similar lesions
Doctor :   You will need to consult a dermatologist for physical examination
Doctor :   to determine the cause.
Doctor :   In the mean time
Doctor :   you can use calamine lotions applied on the affected part
Doctor :   2. While sleeping, avoid using short sleeve shirts or teashirts
Doctor :   Instead a full sleeve clothings are better
Doctor :   3. Avoid touching the lesions with barefingers to prevent infections
Doctor :   These few measures should help in preventing the lesions.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
Doctor :   Are you there?
Doctor :   Are you there?
