User :   I am a bit worried

User :   I was moving an old metal bucket that was a bit rusted on the bottom
User :   it fell on my foot probably from a couple inches above
User :   and scraped the skin off
User :   just scrape

User :   but a couple of hours later
User :   my leg stated hurting
User :   and it started to spasm
User :   i cleaned the cut

User :   and the spasms stopped
