Doctor :   Thyroid symptoms occur either due to low thyroid hormones(hypothyroidism) or high thyroid levels(hyperthyroidisms).

Doctor :   I shall first explain about low thyroid hormone levels, described as hypothyroidism.
Doctor :   Hypothyroidism can cause weight gain, leading to overweight/obesity, dry and coarse skin, constipation,
