User :   am wrking in a company where there are 3 alternate shifts

User :   would like to know the food habits to be intaken
Doctor :   Try to keep your meals as regular as possible and stick to the timings.
User :   or any suggestion frm ur end regarding exercise

Doctor :   Take egg white and whole bread for breakfast with fruits or fruit juices
