User :   Hello, doctor. you asked me come after 12 PM, regarding the Pyrexia of Unknown Origin

Doctor :   Can you give me a Brief up regarding the History of the Fever..
User :   I had fever for one month and all the lab reports xrays and scan gives the normal findings.You told me that my case of Pyrexia of Unknown Origin. If so, how long will it stay what medicenes should I take and I dont take medicenes what will be the complications
Doctor :   What is the Temperature range that you are having and what are the Tests that you have done the blood tests.
User :   My temperature range in the beginning was between 99.5 and 100* f and it went upto 101*f , after taking ciprofloxacin 1gm od it has again come down to 99.5 and 100* f
User :   the blood test that was conducted are complete blood count, igm and agg for dengue fever, smear for mp, fbs and ppbs, x ray of the chest, abdominal ultra sound scan - all are normal
User :   even the blood and urine cultures and routine urine check were conducted . There was no growth growth found in both the cultures
Doctor :   Have you got the Peripheral Smear Study of the Blood done and If yes where those Results Normal
User :   Yes doctor, peripheral smear for malarial parasite was done and it was normal

User :   No, Mantoux test had not been done and HIV test also has not been done

User :   I am known patient of gout and GERD and no other disease

User :   I am now 48 and gout I got at the age of 36 and GERD at 20 Years
User :   I am on Allopurinol 1 tab a day and Ranitidine 150 with Domperidome 20mg bid
