User :   I'm 28 and my weight is around 59kgs.I want to loose some fat.I'm planning to join a gym and work out regularly but I want to follow a correct diet-plan.I start my day with a cup of tea,then I take corn flakes/sandwiches/fruit salad as breakfast.During lunch I take two chapatis,curry,small quantity of rice,salad,curd and a sweet.Again a cup of coffee at 4 o'clock and a cup of tea around 7pm.Then I take snacks such as maggie,bhel puri,bhel puri,poha etc and I've my dinner at around 9pm.My dinner includes one chapati,a little rice,dal,curry and salad.But on weekends I go out or sometimes order from outside.I like chinese food.So end up eating spicy,fried food.But with all that I generally include juices,fruits and salads. I would like to know what timings I should follow and what combition of food I need to eat at a particular time to follow a healthy diet habit.I would like have a diet-plan which I can continue for long run and I can easily identify things which are good for health,what quatities should be taken,what time is ideal to take etc.
