User :   well i have some queries regarding the phsical exercises
User :   by the way i'm 23 years old
User :   i do work out regularly
User :   professionally i'm a soft ware engineer

User :   i take my heart beat to 180 max during my work outs
User :   will there be any problems in future?

User :   and also i would like to know the duration and the type of food i need to take before and after the work out

User :   some pepole say after work out we are not supposed to have any food until 1 hour of time

Doctor :   Include whole-wheat products like wheat, rice, ragi, jowar, oats, broken-wheat (dahlia) and maize, whole and sprouted legumes, pulses, all vegetables, plenty of green leafy vegetable and fruits, low fat skimmed milk and skim milk curd, buttermilk, fish and egg white in the diet. Drink plenty of water .Use unsaturated fatty acids like sunflower, olive, or corn oil for the preparation of the food items
Doctor :   Avoid cakes,pastries,maida,fried vegetables, potato and banana chips, canned vegetables, cheese, butter, cream, condensed milk, sweets, chocolates, and ice creams, egg yolk, lobster, prawns, chicken with skin, all organ meat, red meat, crabs, and oyster, pickles, papads, sauces, and salt biscuits in the daily diet
