User :   bacteria[+}
Doctor :   does the baby have loose stools ?
User :   colour : greenish yellow the baby does not have loose stoolsd
User :   occult blood is positive
Doctor :   ok, need not worry . the bacteria + would be normal commensals ( normal intestinal bacteria )
User :   reaction acidic ph 7.0
User :   reducing substance not present
Doctor :   ok, the concern should be about occult blood
Doctor :   which indicate bleeding in earlier parts of intestines
User :   but my consulting doctor saying it is nothing but the iron present in water
Doctor :   since its tested under microscope , there are chance where it could be blood itself , but the rest of the report disagrees as its normal
