User :   and i would think a UTI wouldnt have such externals symptoms
User :   no but it burns when he urinates
Doctor :   Yes , I would consider more of a friction related injury which could have caused some internal trauma to the urethra.
Doctor :   Please abstain from sex for at least 3-4 days.
User :   yes at this point it would be to painful and he wants to heal'
Doctor :   5. Advise him to take lots of water, juices, fersh fruits, and veggies.

Doctor :   6. Please consult a Urologist/Sexual Disease Specialist , if there is either blood discharge, pus or any sores on the Penis.
Doctor :   Otherwise I think it should heal in a weeks time.
