User :   it all started with lumps on back off my tounge which my gp said was normal i had sore ears which have gone but now the sides off my face feel like they are burning

User :   i was taking antibitocs but finished them yesterday
User :   the bumps on my tounge are still there he said they are imflamed lymph nodes ?

User :   iam worried its cancer and and feel like no one is listening to me

Doctor :   so after you took the antibiotics you felt better
User :   the ear pain went but now have this burnig on sides off face
Doctor :   ok now lets first let me tell you that its not cancer

Doctor :   what you have is a infection which has responded to antibiotics but has not fully gone

Doctor :   you should see you GP , and either you will be extend the course or a new stronger antibiotic will be prescribed
Doctor :   but i can assure you its NOT cancer
User :   do infections afect the gland ike mumps do but without the swelling

User :   its like its moved from ears to there cause my ears were burning
Doctor :   thats very typical of a infection
Doctor :   i will recommend you to see a ENT specialist

Doctor :   As a ENT has a better expertise in these cases
User :   i looked up symtoms and what came up was oral cancer
Doctor :   thats why you have medical doctors and not google to treat

User :   do bumps on tounge get bigger with infection
Doctor :   as as the infection spreads
Doctor :   it can increase in size
